NORMS SET BY THE ORGANIZATION FOR EXECUTION OF VARIOUS ACTIVITIES/PROGRAMMES- Particulars of Organisation, Functions and Duties
- Particulars of any arrangements that exists for consultation with, or representation by, the members of the public in relation to the formulation of its policy or implementation thereof
- A statement of the categories of documents that are held by it or under its controll
- A statement of the boards, councils, committees and other bodies constituted as its part
- Powers And Duties Of Officers and employees
- The names, designations and other particulars of the public information officers
- Procedure followed in decision making process
- Information available in an electronic form
- Particulars of the facilities available to citizens for obtaining information
